Many years of experience matured in the production of electronic boards, electronic systems and devices, allow Autronic to present itself as the ideal partner for the development and production of such items. This experience is available to our Customers. Not only for the production of small or large batches of engineered products, but also for all those items where a re-engineering is needed. For example, where there is a need to update actual performances or where costs optimization is needed, using all the latest technologies, we give our full support to get the expected results.
History
Autronic S.r.l. has been founded in 1998. Since the beginning, the main goal has been to finalize the experience acquired with the manufacture of electronic boards: the technical background of the design team has been developed working as the Technical responsible in other firms and through researches and teaching at the University.
Sphere of activity
The main activity for Autronic is the production of electronic boards and electronic devices for industrial applications, following the technical specifications developed in accordance with the Customers’ requirements. Autronic owns all the technology for the surface mounted components (SMT), for the “in-circuit” and functional testing of all products. Autronic has available as well its own stock for SMD components: together with the capability of sourcing any component on the market, both surface mounted or SMD, makes for a very flexible range of supply. Autronic can supply: - Engineering and Design upon order; - Production upon order using SMT technology: supply of components on request; - Production upon order using PTH technology: supply of components on request; - Production upon order of any kind of looms/cables, by mean of automatic machinery: supply of parts/components on request; - “in-circuit” testing; - Functional testing; - Packing and wrapping up of the products.
Certification
The main goal for Autronic is to achieve the complete satisfaction of its Customers and to comply with their needs. This means not only the application of a high quality standard: the aim is a constant improvement, allowing to follow the demand from their markets and their competition. The ISO 9001:2000 certification is not considered the final stage of a quality program, but we keep it as a starting point: on these basis we propose Autronic to our Customers as a reliable partner and as a reference supplier.
